Everything you need to know before starting your drawing journey with VisionClear Atelier.
How do I choose the right level?
Start with Foundations if you’re new or returning after a long break. If you can confidently measure, group values into three steps, and simplify edges, Intermediate tracks may fit. When in doubt, message us via Contact for placement advice.
What tools do I need?
For pencil work: HB, 2B, 4B, kneaded eraser, and smooth paper. For charcoal: vine and compressed sticks, chamois, and newsprint. Watercolor courses list paints and brushes by module, with student-friendly alternatives.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access for self-paced courses. Cohorts include live sessions and recordings you can revisit forever.
What is your refund policy?
If a course is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll review your study notes and practice attempts to tailor support or arrange a refund where appropriate.
When do live sessions happen?
Cohort live calls are typically on Saturdays. We publish schedules in the course dashboard and provide replays with timestamps.
Do you offer feedback?
Yes. Cohorts include critique touchpoints. Self-paced tracks include optional add-on reviews focused on clarity and next steps.
How much time should I commit?
Two to five hours per week is a healthy cadence. We favor short, frequent sessions over marathons.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Completion certificates are available upon finishing required modules and submitting practice notes.
What if I’m not tech savvy?
Our platform is minimal and calm. If needed, we’ll guide you step-by-step—no pressure, just support.
